You will find the most recent version of QWS3270.ZIP at ftp.ccs.queensu.ca.
It is written by Jim Rymerson and is quite good.

Try the public-domain version of Eudora, Version 1.4. It's available as
"eudora14.exe" at sites around the world. It doesn't work well with
Chameleon's stack, but it sounds like you'd prefer to use Trumpet anyway.
